Insight: Pull Leaders and Members into the Community App by leveraging the personal language of texting and the powerful tools within the platform.

From initial strategic research, all the way to finalizing a verbal style guide, I worked with the incomparable teams at Koto and Community to craft a voice for Community that was vibrant and distinct enough to stand out, while still being wide enough to adapt to the the thousands of Leaders across so many different industries. Headlines, social copy, and an internal brand voice guide ended up being my key contributions.
